Papa John's Pizza

Waited for 2 hours! ETA was stated for 20 minutes. After 50 minutes have passed we have called them. They do not pick up the phone. Eventually after many tries, we got them. They said from now on in 20 minutes it will be delivered. Waited another 50 minutes! Called them again, nothing. After 2 hours, cold pizza. Called them to explain and to arrange an agreement because this is unacceptable. The "manager" on the phone went full defense mode even though we were very polite. He literally said to us that if we don't like it, don't order here again. So we won't. Extremely rude. If I could give a 0 star, I would. DO NOT ORDER HERE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Papa John's Pizza was the worst pizza i ate. Im really not satisfied with this. Paid 15 euros for a greasy pizza with the fat dripping off it with a nasty butter sauce.

The pizza takes FOREVER to arrive. We called and they said "it's on the way". After 30 mins we called again and they said again that it's on the way, only 3 mins away! Finally it arrived after more than 1 hour waiting time and almost cold. Such a disappointment ....

Used to be good, now the order doesn't even arrive. Never trying to order again.

They straight up didnt deliver half of the order that i PAID for. called them, the guy on the phone said “well he (delivery guy) can forget”. No sir, he “cant forget” when i fricking paid for it. You either give me my money back or you send the items, this isnt a charity. He didn’t offer me to send the order again or reimburse, instead insisted on that apparently its fine that the delivery guy just “forgets” and told me to email Papa Johns. I did, I am waiting for my money back, and i wont be ordering from your store again. What you just pulled there is ridiculous, and honestly if that’s your way of treating a paying customer, maybe you shouldn’t run a pizza place to begin with.
