Worthless ! very aggressive to collect money, we had to prove ourselves that we did not belong to them, how nice was that. after long dragging back and forth with unclear and difficult forms to fill in, it is still unclear to them. Please sit behind the till at Aldi. BPF BOUW has been what we have been contributing to for a few years now. And then suddenly you have STIPP, who also think they can collect money with strict language.

Due to a change in legislation, the company I work for has switched to StiPP under obligation. StiPP's schemes are, over the longer term, considerably worse and as a result my pension is also in worse shape. It is a pity that StiPP did not respond better to this when the legislation was changed by, for example, offering additional packages. Now I am in a worse position, this is at odds with the aim with which the legislation was introduced.

I have been very well helped by the customer service i.v. the redemption of my (small) pension. Due to circumstances, my form had been left untill 31 December 2018 and I thought I was late, but I had to call the customer service to ask for the security the same day. Because I knew that if I were to send the form anyway, the form would be too late due to the hustle and bustle of the holidays. Fortunately, this friendly lady said I could also arrange it via email. She told me exactly what steps I had to take to get everything in order by the mail before the deadline (January 3, 2019). Her thanks, now hope that everything is actually properly handled but the stress at me is in any case. Thanks again Stipp.

This pension fund foundation does not have clear answers. Of 360 euros, premium is 230 euros and they can not or will not explain where 130 euro goes to then.
