More consistency in the food would be nice. Sometimes the ribs are great and the meat falls of the bone when you touch it, but other times they're chewy and bland. You never know what you are going to get when you order here, it's a lottery. Also, the marinades taste too similar to each other.

I had a very good experience with a different location of this joint in Geldermalsen, however this one was utterly dissapointing. I ordered a spareribs menu. The spareribs themselves were tough and inedible, with big unrendered fat chunks. I gave up after trying a bite from different places to see if something was done properly, nothing was. There's 2 stars because the sidedish was decent, the spice rub was good, it was delivered faster than expected and it was hot. But when your main selling point is the spareribs and they're inedible, I'd recheck how they're cooked.
