Have a written appointment at 8:40 PM; on arrival it appears that I am booked at the doctor at 19.40! The inspection center is actually already closed. After some consultation, the doctor will still perform the examination; the inspection room must first be prepared for this. Inspection is smooth and professional. Conclusion: willing, flexible doctor; insufficient business communication.
