Very unprofessional. Bad food. Will not order here again.
We had heard good things about this place, but my margherita pizza arrived dissapointly overcooked. We called and were told "that's odd, I've never heard that before" and were send another pizza, surprisingly still overcooked to the point where the cheese becomes rubbery. My boyfriend (whose pizza had topping and thus wasn't as burnt) and I have better reapective pizzas from dominos in gouda, and dominos delivers a sliced pizza (this place doesn't) and doesn't ever overcook the pizza so much that I, a pizza lover am dislike eating it.
Good pizza and kind people
Have to wait 60 minutes for pizza which should take 20 minutes. In between I was told that the pizza is in the oven, but turned out not to be. Foolish that you are not honest about the preparation process. I do not recommend portofino to everyone !!
