I tipped the nice delivery guy 5 euro. Then found out I was given the wrong pizza. (ordered the vegan spicy, got the vegan califonia something) I called and they said next time I would get the same pizza for free, all I had to do was ask for this guy. Three weeks forward; called and asked if that person was working. When I spoke to him, he said I must have spoken to one of his brothers who work there too, and said it was impossible to give me the promised pizza . Escaladed to the main office. They offered me credit too, but after replying three times to that offer I never heard back. Won't be using their service again.

I like New York Pizza in general and their garlic sauce in particular! They still have some ironing out to do in terms of customer support, but overall a pleasant experience. Delivery is fast, but picking up your order in the shop is also possible. While waiting you can sit down and catch up on your national geographic reading.
