Activasz yes actually you do not even deserve 1 star. Since you got hold of your file from my son, everything went wrong, especially with regard to payments that are always much too late and always insist on tel and e-mail or via the intervention of UWV. Then the contact with Activasz is just below any level my son is now case manager 3 emails or calls are not responded payments will just take 5 weeks or more with the knowledge that Activasz pays every week, this means that Activasz is always 5 to 6 payments late. But if my son did not respond to Activasz's phone for 2 days in December, 3 letters will be sent from Activasz's employer and UWV, all because a case manager calls these companies with a request for suspension, which then does this on the exact same day without a question. or investigate whether Activasz's claim is correct. I have now 12-02-2012 asked Uwv to take over the file and also asked advice from a lawyer in social legislation. I can understand Activasz very well. They are an independent company, but they actually dance to the tune of their client who hires and pays them.

Bad service. When you call you will receive a callback request which often never takes place and you have to call again. If you email after your manager you will not hear anything. Have been there for a year and 3x without knowing or message that your case manager has changed but had a nice message about it no. But all my private conversations ect without my permission just come to someone else without knowing.very bad.

what a bunch of disadvantaged people work here !! nothing they can. When you call them, it looks like you're talking to the family in a mess ... And these are people who have to assess the condition of employees !! Even the reception staff can't even connect !! The only thing they have to say comes from a script ... The department is now consulting ... I make a callback request! A truly hopeless mission. If you as an employee have (have) had to deal with this club, then certainly request a second opinion. If necessary through a lawyer. There will certainly be gains.
