Taste was reasonable for the price.
But they messed up my order, had a delay of 15 min although i order online. Furthermore they forgot to provide sushi sticks.
Almost 3 hours after ordering and restaurant is suddenly closed. Not a single message from the restaurant and you are repeatedly pushed away by phone. At home delivery, 15+ victims have already left a 1-star rating.
I can understand what's causing this conflict, but let your customers know. Cancel the orders, answer the phone or send an email. Victims sit at home hungry and feel cheated.
If I could only leave -1 star, they would have received it.
Yesterday ordered there for the first time ... After years of eating out, now "forced" to drop out. ..And by coincidence that they were in my old neighborhood ... ordered by phone the day before .. very friendly answered the next day picked up. ..service despite the crowds ... Very friendly ... order was neatly ready ... impression of the case was neat ..
Had dinner in the evening ... I must say ... absolutely satisfied in terms of taste. .. delicious eaten. .. only minus 😉 but then I am extra critical 😆 the large bowl .. was so full that in the beginning the sushi was a bit difficult to get out of the bowl .... But that had no influence on the taste we are ABSOLUTELY still going sometime back
Wait 2.5 hours for the food. Delivery boy came just as I was about to go home because curfew. Fast food divided, really nice eating together. The quality of the food was mediocre. The edamame beans were so dry and wrinkled, even my 90's grandmother looks tighter and fresher.
Sushi looks good! The service is really great! They look for possibilities together with you. The sushi also tastes delicious & it was ready quickly! Top service. Thank you!!
