This is the worst administration/ municipality that I ever seen. They will charge you for nonsense taxes, they do not properly deregister people that do not live in your house. This is the worst!

This is a snapshot of course. When I visited this city store I almost looked away at the counter. There was no smile left. Information I received: "Call our customer service."
No warm welcome in this municipality by these ladies. If the City of Rotterdam wants to make the city more attractive and improve its image, I would recommend training the staff better with respect to politeness, manners and respect.
