Very expensive, poor service, poor quality and if you complain big mouth and put all the guilt on the student. ANWB has not eaten cheese from Customer service and should really hire better instructors. So now I am working on a complaint to the disputes committee because I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!! I prefer to give zero stars but I have to choose at least 1 star to post on this.
Once signed up I have a very bad experience. The training can not be with one and the same instructor because of too much crowds, so you drive with someone else every time. They cannot be reached by telephone. Appointments to call back are not fulfilled. You come in with a lot of money, but the quality is ultimately lousy. Look beyond the anwb!
My driving instructor is clear, sharp, understanding and full of patience. She is willing to explain the same thing time and time again in a different way. I feel seen, heard and understood. Because of this I am not totally frustrated when I come home from a driving lesson, but I feel motivated to continue and to master the art of driving!
The lessons are clear and safe. This in a relaxed atmosphere. It is nice that they are available 24/7, via mail or app. Everything is well arranged and accessible with a PC, laptop or tablet. Time is taken to explain everything and that is also friendly and professional. Quality that I am very happy with!
Driving school is very easy to reach, both by bike and by public transport. During the intest it became clear to me that I want to follow my driving training at this driving school. There is a very good look at what you can and cannot do, and on this the driving school comes up with a plan to help you as much as possible to drive independently! Very satisfied, and I would definitely recommend this driving school to seekers.
