Ridiculous customer service, you are not answered properly when you call. Waiting more than 60 minutes for a simple sandwich because the delivery person only leaves for the restaurant after 40 minutes, costs are higher than with home delivery and moreover. Didtrek not even deserve that one star, I advise you to get your food yourself or to order it at home, then you DO get value for your money and complaints ARE taken seriously. Save yourself the frustration and effort and don't even get started. Lousy business.

Orders are always late. They say that they have a tracker with which you can keep an eye on when your order is arriving, but you will not always receive a message about this. Customer service speaks to you unfriendly. Waited 2h for a sandwich and on arrival it was still cold.

Rather late delivery (Took over 2 hours to get food for 3 people) Cost was quite high. Customer service was friendly but that's about it. Home delivery is a lot better.

Worst service ever. Ordered on a Tuesday evening at 6:30, order not delivered until 8:30 ... if you complain about this and that this is bad for a weekday non-holiday, you only get the answer that they offer the delivery costs free of charge due to the € 2 delivery costs to pay back. Replied that this is not enough due to the huge long waiting time, just answer the same again. Never again for us !!

I order food from HebTrek. Then after 2 hours I get cold food. They take zero responsibility and refuse to accommodate us. I understand that they don't make the food, but I do buy the food at HebTrek. So I think HebTrek should continue to deal with the problem with KFC (which we ordered food from). Once but never again!
