A complete fraud! Been now 3 months AFTER contractual delivery, yet order still partially delivered and every time they make a new appointment the delivery company brings damaged goods! Absolutely poor quality of the goods, not value for money. Plus the order has been paid in full months ago and still no one cares enough to deliver or simply cancel the order and pay the money back!!!!

Bad service seen on Jan 30th Kassa broadcast. Never buy anything until the service really gets 5 stars.

We are very happy and satisfied with our purchases. Frankly, we were a bit wary after reading the reviews, but we have absolutely not experienced all the negativity ourselves. We have bought our sofa, the dining table and 6 dining table chairs at Rofra Home. All contact went smoothly. All agreements made were fulfilled and the services were good, both in the store, on the phone and on delivery. Our compliments. We are very happy with our purchases, that can certainly be said! They are beautiful products, very good quality, they are delivered on time and they meet our expectations exactly. Thank you very much for everything!

Just helped by Louise from A to Z. Bought a dining table and 6 chairs and a sofa. Very satisfied with the approach and the targeted service. I will recommend Rofra rotterdam you will not regret. Very nice stuff.

Dear rofra, we have been in contact since February about the stains on my seats for which I have taken out a very expensive insurance from you. (50 euros per seat x 8 = 400 euros (!!!!!) Since February I have been asking you for the conditions of my purchased insurance. But you dismiss the claim under vague arguments. I would like to receive the conditions of the stain insurance!
