The worst and most non-customer friendly thing I have ever experienced. Ordered food last Friday, uber eats delivery man apparently couldn't find my house, so I spent 25 minutes driving around my neighborhood on the bike. Then he finally found it, is in my flat and is somewhere on the fourth floor, laughing on the phone with a friend (while I live on the sixth). The food was stone cold and could be thrown in the bin, what a huge downer! Calling this store then, they simply indicated that I should contact uber eats because it was not their problem? I think they are the ones using the service of uber eats? After I got angry and asked if at least something could be done about my cold food, the owner angrily disconnected. I have never really experienced anything like this, so incredibly customer unfriendly. They are not even worth that one star, for me the first and the last time.
