Cozy village
We went to the Christmas market in Valkenburg and visited the Christmas grotto. We liked it very much. The whole city was decorated for Christmas and you could sit outside despite winter temperatures in the equipped with heaters and ceilings restaurants with Christmas music. A city with a wonderful atmosphere. On Sundays and Wednesdays there will be a great Christmas parade. We were there quite early (November 2018), for the parade and on the Advent weekends, I think it will probably - as everywhere - be quite full.
