Ordered an hour ahead of time to be sure to have it delivered hopefully on time. Waited 20 minutes extra than the agreed delivery time before calling. They said 15 to 20 minutes. another half hour later, called again to cancel.
Basically. If youre fine with your food being about 2 hours late, order here. Otherwise, order somewhere else.
If you think to Order Food from here: Pleas reconsider. Have a look via Street View at the outside of the Restaurant and decide for yourself. Than: Read the other Reviews here. Not only slow, also very mixed experiences. I had once here a very good Kapsalon. One Time. Out of several. The other times it was in my taste barley eatable. And nobody is kidding with the long delivery time. So, it is more like a Russian roulette to Order here. Sometimes it's good, most times in my experiences it is not. So, why bother and take a risk here? Order directly with a better reviewed Restaurant for your hard earned money and don't be disappointed. 🤢

Ordered something from you first and also the last time. What a bad food I just went to the chip shop the shawarma were hard pieces between the fries, you hit the wall with a hammer and a cup of sauce for which you pay extra is just a somewhat larger size container ... As a tip i want to give that good or don't !!!
20-02-21. Food was good, just a pity that according to the confirmation email it would be delivered around 9:30 pm and it didn't arrive until around 10:30 pm
