Pay close attention to who can be trusted
When is it going well with the reclassification ??? All information is very poorly passed on to the Northern Tax Office. Now I can pay double for my waste containers. And the lady to whom I sent all my information suddenly turns out to be sick for a long time after a month of waiting .....
Only the gentleman on the phone was very friendly. But for speed the municipality of Groningen gets a zero !!!
Inept arrogant service abusing the power to end a conversation wonder what type of people work there are not people who are human. One makes mistake after mistake and z.
very friendly people at the desk, really toppers with good tips. very pleasantly helped. if they could not help me, they would have referred me to the right person or given the correct number so that they could help me with it. claiming benefits is also a major disaster, but that depends on something else and is more about burocracy that = n helpfulness
