Original Pizza Company

3 hours late to get my food. Order time 19:30 First call to ask where's my food at 20:30, then the guy say it's on the way. Second call at 22:00 he say 5min ll arrive. Finally food arrived at 22:30 without drinks! Then I try to redial to the restaurant but always line busy. My house just only 8min by bicycle from them. ..................... Review from other consumer at the same day. The delivery only brings me pizza while I also ordered 2 other products and it still hasn't been delivered !!!

Placed an order through Thuisbezorgd and waited for 1,5 hours until I called them to ask if the order was on the way. The guy asked for my address and said “I don’t have an order for that address”, and kept repeating that instead of maybe suggesting any alternatives. After all I told him to cancel it if it suddenly appears. Good lord I have chosen to pay at the door. All in all, seemed more like he was gonna bs to the customers that he does not receive orders because he does not want to prepare it. Great service, guys, keep it up and soon nobody will want to order from you 🦦

I ordered through thuisbezorgd, the pizza arrived very fast, although it was completely BURNED! I called to complain and ask for another pizza but the man on the phone was rude and had no customer skills. Keep scrolling and find somewhere else. I will never order from here again

I have been waiting for the order from 2.5 hours. attempting to contact me and I mean that the gentleman who answers the phone either hangs up the phone or speaks from a big order and that in 15m it will be. my guests are going asleep for a long time, but i still waiting for food
