Placed an order. Expected delivery 50 minutes according to Thuisbezorgd. Got called after 70 minutes; paid order cannot be fulfilled; changed order on the fly to one of the few suboptimal alternatives offered. 60 minutes later, no delivery. I called, they left my stuff in the microwave (okay?) while the driver headed out. Apparently it would still be okay and a driver would be heading to me now. It is now 20:30 and they are closed half an hour; they are not picking up the phone and I still have no food. What other rating can I give?

Was good, now no more tasty plate (different cook?) And the pom was watery / slimy. Maybe taken out of the oven too early?
