Save yourself the trouble and just don’t order from here. Terrible service. We live 7 mins away but it took 70 mins to deliver. Pizza was stone cold and the side was wrong. Had to call the shop twice and beg them to contact the driver for an update. I have emailed twice asking for a refund on the wasted food but both the shop and corporate have ignored me. Will not be ordering from Papa John’s again.

We ordered 2 pizza at 6:30,now is 9:42, still no pizza, the telephone we dialed 10 times, only one time somebody picked up , and complaining about the number of the orders , can think website set some limitation, if you do not have ability to take that amount of orders, please do not complete our order

Ordered a pizza from them at 8 PM. It is now almost 11 PM and no pizza, we have tried to call numerous times and there is no reply. Never ordering here again.

Will never order here again. Pizza was almost 2h(!) late, and cold.

There's some amazing food to be gotten here! You get amazing side dishes which are larger than you would expect! I've never tried anything besides domino's before but I can say with confidence that Papa John's is an amazing pizzeria!
