what a mockery, I place an order and almost immediately receive a confirmation and a status update. an hour later I want to pick up the order but I can't find it. I call and there is confusion about the order. eventually the order turns out not to have been made because I did not pay in advance and did not provide my real phone number. if I want to wait 25 minutes it might be ready. I have unkindly thanked for this. I understand that it is annoying to make an order for free, but then do not send a confirmation and no status update. and if you can send me that confirmation and status update, you can also email me to ask if it is a serious order.
