I had a corona test taken several days ago. I tried to see the result via the ggd site: message “you have not done a test” I explained this to several employees of the ggd by telephone. One after the other. After. After a 4-hour call they found out that the ggd had made 2 files for me. The link to my digid was not made and they did not see that I had been tested. After I had called more than 2 days after several instances of the ggd with the appointment that I would receive an email when the test result was there, I finally received the email. Test result requested, message: you have taken a test. Then called again. I would be called back. Waited and then called again. The employee kindly informed me that he sees the result but is not allowed to give it. (bsn number, date of birth, address, etc. and told that I would have to stay in Quarantäne unnecessarily because of this.) He informed me that I would be called, because I had heard this repeatedly in vain from the ggd in the last days, I asked him whether I would have been called long ago if the result was positive. He confirmed this to me. Now after hours of calling and an unnecessarily long quarantine, I can finally go outside. Why do civilians disobey?
