AKG does a professional job at a good price, but there is a lack of attention for communication. The promise of the four-eyes principle in a sick colleague was not pursued. Several times contacted via the mail, telephone or service desk but no hearing, or only after a few weeks of response. Possibly too much hay on the fork, which is understandable at a growing company. Only a possible compensation for this was not possible. Hence my three stars. After half a year I stopped the collaboration.
