I have to come back to my previous review. In August (2020) I was satisfied and I had the food fairly quickly, since November delivery takes about 1.5 hours. Today at 6:35 PM the food ordered and at 8:40 PM the delivery person arrived. I understand that it is busy, but this is extreme. The delivery person is friendly and can do little about it. But I no longer order food here.

Ordered 17.45 last Saturday evening. Would be delivered at 18.35. Still nothing at 6.45, so called. "Delivery driver is on his way, it is busy, I will call the delivery driver" I think ok Corona time, a lot of delivery, understandable. 19.15 something like that I thought we were in a B&B about 6 km away ?! Called again. Again "Delivery driver is on his way, it is busy" Then I told him that he said that half an hour before, and I don't like it. Then he would call the delivery person (again?). Between 19.30 and 19.45 I heard the doorbell of the B&B owners, while I had put in a request to call my 06 number upon arrival as we were in a B&B. The above also told the delivery lady. She knew nothing about it and was instructed to simply bring it to the address. Reading the reviews, am I not alone and are they known for it? I have the feeling that nothing is being done with the feedback. First but also the last time that I ordered something from this store!

Good food and warm on delivery. I am a regular customer, but I think they should pay attention to the time. Very often too late.

I ordered 3x here. 1st time they were hours late, 2nd time 1.5 hours late. I have already ordered in the afternoon with delivery at 18:00. And they are already at least half an hour late again. This was really the last time
