When ordered once, half of the ordered sauces were not included and shawarma without sauce is nothing. Ordered 2nd time. Waited 2 and a half hours. Then the extra pita sandwiches ordered were not there. The lettuce had also been forgotten. It will be brought after but then your food will be cold in the meantime They do that quickly, by the way. The quality was good. But after 2 and a half hours your appetite will have disappeared. The Phoenix had risen from the ashes, but I predict that this phoenix will soon sink into the ashes again. We no longer order there.

The very best grill cream in Ermelo. Owner is a super friendly man. Food is always ready on time, well cooked and always tasty.

Really crazy about it. At 4 am I had ordered through their own website. A pizza with a drink. And he would come 5 o'clock. At 7 am I still didn't have my order. I got a little upset and called them to find out where my pizza is. I told the line that I had ordered at 4 and that it had already been 7 o'clock. Oh how annoying for you what is your order and what veins is it. After I gave that answer they said it had not arrived and asked how I ordered. And neatly developed it via your website. Then I got someone else on the line who needed to know more about it. He said yes madam but that website is no longer in use. So that's why I don't receive the order. So I say good then because I did pay. But he was going to make it as yet. I say if you are smart you remove the Google website if it no longer works. Well my wife I'm not going to talk about that right now I have other callers I need to help. Enjoy your meal later, it will be right there .. And hung up After this conversation I was actually not hungry anymore. After waiting 50 minutes. Did I get my pizza. But in this way as it was now, they lost me as a customer
