Quick and nice food. Large selection. Friendly personell. We try to go there once a week. I love the special fries they have.

Since it is a fast food place I was surprised they served it on a plate. Food was decent I had the Italian bread with hot meat. The service was kind and there was enough place to sit down. They have coffee from Douwe Egberts which is great.

What a bad thing, I ordered and first received (20 minutes late, well there was snow so okay) the wrong order so the correct order was sent again, milkshakes forgotten so call with a second complaint and there was a middle of the conversation hanged for no reason because I was just decent, so the person who was visiting was not able to enjoy his food because of the clock

Today (Wednesday) picked up 2 fries. Had to wait more than 40 minutes. It's Corona time, so max 4 people inside. OK. But instead of making people wait outside, 4 people were allowed to wait inside. The rest had to wait outside before ordering until everyone had left again. Instead of the way normal companies do: take an order or let people wait outside. They didn't seem to care about the people outside for a moment. Not hospitable. Once inside it all went very inefficient. Nobody seemed to be busy with “popping, working on”. I have not been able to perceive a catering mentality. Even after ordering, we still had to wait more than 15 minutes, while several deep fryers were empty. The fries were ok ....... fairly limp, nothing special. Eaten well. Therefore 2 stars, instead of 1.

The snacks are good, frying fries is usually a drama! Fries are often weak and there is no salt on it, you have to do it at home ??? Sorry, but if you remove fries from the fat, you have to put salt on them immediately so that the salt stays on your fries and not when you have just got home and then all the salt falls off, it is not easy for fries especially to sprinkle with salt and then throw in the air to mix the salt well😂 Tip if you like tasty fries, go to the Roasting Spit because they put salt on your fries there!
