This is a government office is well run, and has a great digital system that is very efficient. I have not left the Woerden Gemeentehuis without accomplishing what I needed to do. They have all the facilities to assist you, they even have a photo booth if you need photos for a passport or driver's license.
There is a cute little robot that can help you with your pre-booked appointment (he only speaks Dutch).
Kewl place
Just because they make me take a day off, let me wait for 30 minutes, and then send me home with nothing because apparently they require all old documents instead only the one I am renewing
Surely it cannot be the case that you let people write a letter and carry out an assignment, but then they cannot even submit it
The town hall in Woerden has been completely renovated, the outside is made of glass, making it a modern open, very spacious and light building.
