Reliable service (in the Hague at least!) with good variety of recipes. Good way to learn more cooking and new ingredients. 2 things to note: - you need Dutch (its a good way to practice I think) - some of the recipes have high calories - it would be nice to be able to see this more clearly when choosing menu. Minimum is 3 x times a week for 2 people. (or if 1 person, you can eat same again next day reheated, as you like)

We’re enjoying HelloFresh boxes for couple of months now and I’d like to share how satisfied I am with this community! We receive 3 meals per week and I really like the variety of the meals and the new tastes they offer. Many options have ingredient combinations I couldn’t think of myself which gives me new perspectives. We find portions generous too. Highly recommended!

Seeing quite a few of negative responses I thought it was time to share a very positive experience. We have been using HelloFresh for a couple of years now and the service has always been very satisfactory. It's easy to choose recipes, it's easy to pause delivery in case of vacation or otherwise, it's easy to reach customer services and I've always been helped kindly and efficiently (for instance in changing my delivery preferences), the quality of the products is generally very good and the description in the recipes is easy to follow. I guess it's pretty clear that I am a very satisfied customer and that I hope to stay a customer for a long time still.

I was expecting a delivery at one point. The box never arrived. I called to ask why this was, and they said they would look into it. Still, it was charged to my bank account, which did not have enough money. So they sent me a bill by email, which went to my spam folder. So I did not see it. Upon returning home after a few weeks away, I see I have a letter requesting additional fees, as well as an email asking for 76.99 euros! So I am getting robbed. I'm not sure if the delivery person forgot/took my food. Maybe there was a mistake... Either way, I can't believe they're charging me 75 for literally nothing.

I tried it because of the promo code - can't say which branch send me the items of course. The box I received would be perfect if it wasnt for one small detail... Most items arrived in a good shape but sadly one of them had a mold on it. It wasn't out of date and I wasn't expecting much of it so I just wrote them an e-mail about it, been few weeks and I never really got the responde. If it wasn't for that I would have given them five stars as the recipes were easy to follow and food was tasty.
