Thuisbezorgd.nl

I've ordered pizza last week, they have not delivered... Tried to contact the restaurant, they refused to help, tried to contact Thuisbezorgd, they don't answer...

This is a thrash service. The food deliveries are always late, customer service is very unhelpful, you are never informed of any new developments and in general of a bad experience would never recommend

On August 21 2019 at 00:30. The following incident happened in Amsterdam. Two guys where eating on the street out of the orange box on their scooter. And left all the trash just on the public pavement. Location: (52.3529260, 4.7896344). This happens under the name of Thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd has to carry out firmly to the business side users that once this happens, they lose there license to use this platform. We all know plastic is a serious problem in the environment. Ironic enough there was and is a big trash-bin 4 meters from that spot. What actions will Thuisbezorgd take to prevent these issues? For now 1 star.

I was trying to order dinner through other food delivery providers yet they were all temporarily unavailable due to weather conditions.. However, Thuisbezorgd.nl was still available and in fully service despite the snow. Now this is what I call an outstanding customer service! Thank you for dinner
