I have had to wait so long for my order that when I wanted to pay my debit card had already expired. Seriously, wait hours for the first bell where it stayed; We would have it 20 minutes. 1.5 hours later the second bell; 'he is on his way'. No discount of any kind on arrival, not even a (free) excuse of the deliverer, but only: 'do not you have a bell or something?'. I think that you should start thinking about whether opening a pizzeria has been a good choice, because a bad delivery, 45 minutes late can happen, but this went all out! ONCE, but NEVER again.
