Yesterday we ordered 2 pizzas, after one hour they have called, claimed that the ovens are not working nor they have any internet connection and so on, so they will not be able to deliver our orders.
When I asked them why did they take 1 hour to inform us , they could not answer. They said they would contact us today, well that did not happen either, I am chasing them to get my own money back... also.. no compensation or anything was promised... awful place really, never again
We normally order at Domino's without problems. Tried new York pizza tonight. Ordered 4 pizzas, forty minutes later we got one with a bite out (10 minutes late). We complained, 1 hour and 20 minutes later we got our 4 pizzas. Without even an apology. Back to Domino's, the pizzas taste better and are not that expensive (as new York pizza)
good pizzas, specially the vegans ones. but delivery at a 10 min cycling distance takes 1.5 hours. this has happened at least a dozen times
Waited 2 hours for delivery, did not get contacted, pizza was delivered ice cold and tastes like dog puke!
Warning: chance for loss of money and non-delivery.
Refuses to pay back, it's been 3 months of repeatedly reminding them. Support tells me they will remind them since the beginning. But still no payment.
