I have to eat because of it, but, so far, at most 3 things are tasty, the rest are far below standard for good food quality. it is never good in taste and it seems as if it is a quality of things in a microwave that do not belong in it often limp no correct taste no spices eg that go with it etc. this is the bad thing I ever got. if you really have to lose weight this is a method that works because this is even worse than when I go on a survival trip via the commandos the 3rd world is happy with it but I certainly do not. before you start this form of business
