Food never arrived and worst communication ever. 50 calls and 99% never got through. 0 professionalism across the line. 25 Euros basically stolen.
Awful service - I ordered pizza and bottle of Cola to hotel (order H0SJKH). Courier just stole my Cola and to avoid direct contact with me left only pizza at reception.
Lesson learned- never pay in advance and avoid orders in Burger en Pizza
Ordered pizza waited hour, then called they didn't answer. Didn't receive my orders. 😤
Very very bad 2 hours wait and your pizza cold
In itself a nice pizza, but not received what we ordered (a pasta). When I called about this they did not answer, the next day they were so bad to hear that no conversation was possible.
