Spare Rib Express

4 times in a row I found the ribs either not slow cooked long enough to make it tender, or it was totally overcooked to the point of being black on the sides from standing a long period in a keep warm oven. Really not recommended the branch in Alphen. I only order here if my favorite restaurant is closed, yet next time I'm not even bothering...

Burger comes apart - out of the Burger bun ... is that normal ? Shame guys

Ordered before and not always good experiences, but I still gave them a chance. Ordered food on Friday 24 May, had to wait over an hour, while the site indicated that the delivery time was 35 minutes. Now 2 days later I order again at 1654 to have it delivered at 1800. I haven't seen anyone at 6:15 pm, so I called. Get to know that it would take another half an hour / 45 minutes. Then 45 minutes later my food was not there yet. Up to 4x trying to get in touch by phone and the 5th time someone finally answered with the message that they are on their way. Scandalous! I waited more than 2 hours for my food without anyone having the decency to let it be known that it would take longer. Just rude actually. I had also entered a code for free plucked bread with my order, and it was not included. It was also more fat than meat, really very dirty. When I called the first time to ask where my food was, I was offered a discount of 20% on my next order after much sighing from the employee. Only then I did not know that I had to wait another hour. I do not agree with a discount on a next order, since I will NEVER order more here. So I would like to see a different solution / compensation. I tried to email this via the contact form on the site, but even that doesn't work, so then this way, although I doubt I get a response. I will never order here again!

Fast delivery. The meal that was delivered looked like a pie.net package. Ribs skin off their bones
