I Love Sushi & Poké Bowl Alphen aan den Rijn

Delivery took forever (despite the fact they were delivering by car, so you would expect them at least to be fast if they really do not want to use the bike and be more environmentally friendly) gyoza were bad, the rest of the order was average quality.

Slightly longer than ordered at 5:30 a week ago, the site said it would take about half an hour. At a quarter to 7 still nothing received and then called. Then it was first said that it was very busy and that we might better pick it up ourselves, well sorry but that was obviously not the intention. But during the conversation it was said oh no, he is already on his way, well ahead, we will wait a while, but at a quarter past seven nothing. Called again but all they could say they were on their way. At half past 7 they arrived oas and all our hot fats eas cold and something had leaked so allrs eas wet. Again, that we were not satisfied at all, that the director would call back Teur, after having called back 4 times, we have still not heard in the meantime. Scandalous!!!

28/02/21 The food was really delicious. I had ordered my food at 6 o'clock with a friend and an hour later we still hadn't received anything, then I called you and they offered them exuccessions and they said that right away. We also received a free sushi item. Fine, but more than 2 hours later we still had nothing and of course you have an evening clock .. Then called again and they said it was on its way. We didn't get our food until a quarter past 8 !! Unfortunately the food was really late, we had to eat really fast and we couldn't really enjoy it. That was just a shame.

The tastiest and best filled pokebowls we know! Perfectly delivered on time here (never had any problems with this, but I also order in time) and even the (free) roll was delivered afterwards because we got the wrong one. So nice service, thanks!

I thought it was not really good The pieces of crispy chicken was like you were eating crispy chicken, it was not freshly made straight from a bag from the freezer and but there were only 4a5 pieces in the tray and that for that price. Too bad, but from now on I will go somewhere else where quality is paramount. Staff were only around 3 people needed to make the deep fryer cozy of course and then also wear the mouth caps under the chin.
