Stadskantoor Utrecht is next to the station and easy accessible.
Have been here almost 4 times in the last six months and each time have experienced the very best of services, with the utmost politeness from each person!
People here have been very helpful to solve my registration issue, I really thank them.
City residence registration:
35+ minutes wait after scheduled appointment.
The young man dealing with my registration was very rude, sarcastic and arrogant. He was verbally attacking me in order to try and prove a point regarding the information that is provided for expats. Which is very little, unless you know where and how to look for it. This prolonged my registration and wasted my time.
Hopefully I never have to return, expect a wait, rude service and limited information prior to your appointment.
