If there was a "0" I would put it gladly.... No flexibility. Little or no help. Waiting for someone to talk to me for about 25 minutes... Glad to know for which quality this place stands...
I was there to fill in my tax form. Because I moved from another country I was required to fill in the M-form by hand. They were super nice in explaining things and asking details. A nice experience (note: filling out form turned out to be fast/easy because I didn't have to fill in things related to housing, health insurance, etc.)
This organziation has put me in more financial difficulty, instead of helping... they want me to repay 4 months housing allowance, how can you give the money to the public without being 100% certain? This organization is not in 2019
You can ask them to fill in income tax return firms for you for free!
Tax is too high. 20% flat tax for everyone
