Terrible pizza, worse customer service. The pizza was crunchy, burned flavor and dried out like it had been put back in the oven to reheat, or like it had been kept warm for way too long. Not suitable for consumption. Not like previous orders. So we called saying something must have gone wrong, can we get a new one. "Sorry can't help you. New dough, we're getting a lot of complaints about it" No new pizza, no refund. Basically only stating that they're going to sell garbage from now on.

We waited 1.5 hours on our pizzas; they forgot our ingredient requests; and the pizzas were cold—of course. Besides that, the delivery boy promised that the owner would call me to make up for their aweful service. I never got the call however. It’s a big shame!!!
