The Food Spot

I used to LOVE this place, and I still will give them another chance. Before I would have given this 5 stars for sure, but the past two times I've ordered I've received inedible food from here. And let me make the point, I am not picky at all. Most things others would complain about, I will eat without complaint. So you know it's really completely inedible if I can't eat it. Basically I usually order the chicken burrito, which was so delicious before. But the past 2 times I've received it with completely black burnt chicken. I mean charred, where you can't even eat it at all. It is disheartening, because I don't even know why they would serve it, as it's clearly hard and inedible. So I had to throw it away twice now. Their potatoes are still great though and their carrot cake is amazing. I may try something else next time or see if the burrito situation has improved, I really hope it was just a two time thing, because I really, really love this place when they do it right. (If it does improve, I will gladly change my review to 5 stars, because it really is good when they do it right!)

Great food, a different concept

The best saté I've had in Groningen thus far!

- CUSTOMIZED (bottom) - Next time I will buy a microwave meal from the supermarket, the quality is exactly the same, but the price is a lot cheaper. If you pretend to sell healthy food as a catering, at least prepare it yourself and don't let the white rice be the largest portion compared to the vegetables (/ meat). CORRECTION: After a year yet another attempt and what has improved this case! Just right portions in the right proportions and always freshly prepared. Value for your money. Top, stars there!

Mexican ... okay that wrap was so loveless ... some flavor came from a very hot chili dressing (it was not indicated anywhere * spicy * kids so can't eat) even a stomach ache after dinner. Potato wedges sort of cup stuffed with weak bite, salad kept in the fridge within 12 hours looks like a plant terrarium you buy at intratuin, € 25, - disappointment never again for me !! Oh yeah and too late, but I never really care when food is tasty
