STMR (hoofkantoor Tiel)

My mother of 85 is at Ziggo, so are we. Like never problems. My mother has an alarm via STMR. In April I received an e-mail from Ziggo, that the costs were high due to the continuous dial-up alarm. STMR was also trying to reach us. We were working so we could do nothing. From work I immediately went to my mother and pulled out the plug of Ziggo and the alarm system. ZIGGO called first and as always, people point to the other. It was made clear to Ziggo that no matter who the fault is, this may not go over the back of the customer, they must work it out with STMR. STMR also called, so they said it was ZIggo and the circle is round again. Said the same to STMR. Together with the STMR technician we got everything working again. Nothing further heard, but what I feared happened, there came a bill of more than 200 euros. I immediately reclaimed this later and paid the subscription for that month. Mail sent to Ziggo and STMR, again to find out. This happened between these 2 companies. I too was kept well informed about the state of affairs. Both companies had not had this before, so a new learning path regarding an alarm that goes through the telephone. Both companies have agreed and have exchanged, have shared the costs together. Social worker Annemarie been in treatment for a while I had talked a lot about my fatigue symptoms but she did not take this seriously at all When I said that I was so tired she said yes you said weeks ago already now you have to start over there now you need now is stopping to talk about it every time?!?! Nurse was super helpful and good with our little daughter. However, it was the attending physician who came across as arrogant and uninterested. It is a pity that the doctor is taking the vaccinations, we are now strongly considering having the follow-up vaccinations put elsewhere.
