Dear People, May I kindly suggest NOT to use this service. Thursday May 7th ordered breakfast for my mother. Today May 10th 14:20, no respond, no breakfast, no money. I demand a refund for the service not delivered. Elena

My husband wanted to surprise me with a Valentine's Day breakfast and we are always up early so he ordered a delicious champagne breakfast before 8:15 am. That wasn't there until 9:15 am. Calling in between did not help. The lady on the phone made statements such as "Do you think you are the only one" "He must be in a traffic jam" "It is busy with the holidays". And then she just stopped answering the phone. In short, only thought from the process and not from the customer, a sorry or an excuse could not be avoided. That of course causes irritation. The content of the package is OK, but for a champagne breakfast it is of course not really festive to receive cervelate sausage and grilled sausage. The butter was not included and the greeting card with special text from my husband was missing. Missed opportunity of this breakfast service for the ultimate experience. Skip this service.

I didn't like breakfast. Everything was packed in plastic and partly because of that it looked absolutely unpleasant. The sandwiches were not fresh and I think the croissants came from a supermarket anyway (I think the sandwiches too) and were also from the day before. It was enough, but it all looked a bit scanty ... And in addition, I ordered it before 10:00 and someone was already at the door at 8:30 on a Sunday morning. I was not so happy with this ...

Had a great breakfast today, was tasty and certainly enough. The delivery was also on time.
