Central Kitchen

Ordered sushi with the 4 of us last night. We ordered at 6:40 PM for € 107 and the food would be delivered at 8:00 PM. After placing the order we did not receive a confirmation by email, very strange ... at 7:55 pm but once called, it was said that our order had arrived and that it would be there in half an hour. In the meantime it was 20:35, still no sushi but also no confirmation ..... call again, this time it was said that it would take at least fifteen minutes (we did not believe this anymore) because that there was another order was for us to be delivered. It was also said that our order was only processed at 20:00, which is special since we had ordered at 18:40. We ended up canceling the order, we didn't get any compensation or service whatsoever, which is bad. We had paid for our order via IDeal, this would be refunded immediately and we would receive a confirmation of this via text message or e-mail. Still no money back and no confirmation whatsoever. This was the last time we ordered from here, no more Central Kitchen for us.

Yesterday was clearly not your best night, and unfortunately our first - and only - experience with you. It is very unfortunate that we have to call 3x ourselves to hear that the order will arrive later, but cannot provide clarity about how much later is "later". It's annoying to hear that apparently "my expectations" were not realistic if you place an order at 6:40 PM before 8:00 PM and at 8:45 PM you get a vague story about what time it will be. I am sorry that I have expected you to deliver to what is stated on your website yourself. Indeed, it is completely unrealistic to expect you to do on the weekend what you yourself say you will do. I will therefore transfer my expectations to another restaurant and not burden you there anymore

Ordered sushi. On time, but not to eat. No taste at all. And I spit out the salmon several times because it just contains dirty pieces and does not look good. More than half thrown away. I did not dare to risk it anymore. We are big sushi lovers but never order here again.

The sushi is delicious, but unfortunately the sushi is never delivered on time. Unfortunately, they also can't bear to send a message that they are late, if you call after them they keep saying ridiculous excuses and even lies about why they are late. Now they were 75 minutes late again tonight and the sushi wasn't even as fresh as it should be. And then after such a long wait you also get the wrong order! This was really the last time we ordered from here!

Very tasty, delivered on time, warm dish delivered warm. Recommended. We definitely order more often!
