I placed an order by mistake in Deventer instead of Rotterdam and I called immediately after to cancel it. It has been 2 weeks, I have called and emailed several times and I have not received a refund yet. Very poor customer service.

I placed an order with you around the clock from 6:30 PM at which time I wanted it now at 7:15 PM !! 3 hours after placing the order, the delivery person comes to pack me: I say to him “Jesus did it have to come from China or Japan, the sushi or something? He: Yes, ma'am, I was the only delivery person ... I: I say yes, but I can't help that! Then you shouldn't open with too few staff. Because it just really can't! He: No, I totally agree with you madam! Me: I know you can't help it, but your boss can! And this will get a bad review anyway! He: Okay ma'am ... and let go! We will never order here again! People don't do it even if you get a free roll!

Very badly organized. Order placed on Valentine's Day, would be delivered at 6.30pm. Phone call at 8 PM (!); the ordered shrimps had run out, or it could be tuna, and moreover the rice had run out, which had to be made again. To our comment that we had been waiting for the order for an hour and a half: they did not expect it to be that busy. No excuses or nothing. Finally food delivered at 8.30 pm. The rice was undercooked, the rest looked sloppy and unkempt. I Love Sushi Deventer: make sure you get your organization in order, this is really not possible.

We have placed an order via home delivery. After 1 hour we still have not heard anything by the way that the app indicates 15 minutes. Then we call 1.5 hours later and it turns out that the order has not even been shipped because 1 of the deliverers has not shown up. They promise that the order would be delivered after half an hour. After 40 minutes we still don't hear anything so we call again. Then they said again that due to the crowds and too few delivery people it can take a while, but as soon as the delivery person arrives in our direction. After 3 and a half hours the delivery guy came fumbling at the door. When I opened the door he was still looking for his order and there is nothing extra and no compensation, by the way, that they do offer it on their own website that they can choose a free sushi roll with an order from 15 euros. All in all so waited 3.5 hours and all you get is a sorry. Bad business and never order again! In case you want to be appreciated by other customers? Small tip! It doesn't matter how long it takes, but if it is disappointing, at least call your customers. Do you not want that or do you not have time for it? Add something small with the order as an excuse. This is how your customers come back, but I don't think it's possible how we were treated!

Order placed at 5:15 pm. Should be delivered at 6.30pm. At 6:45 pm they called it was busier than expected. Order would be delivered in 25 minutes. After waiting half an hour called again. Delivery person was on his way at 20:00 finally the order was delivered. Delivery driver was very unfriendly at the door when quietly indicated that it took a while. This was the first and LAST time I Love Sushi for me !!!
