New York Pizza

It's New York Pizza. Quality is meh.

It's Saturday, worked outside all day, we are tired and still have to cook ... Let us order a pizza - yeah! 6:12 PM confirmation comes in. We ordered them before 7:15 pm. Must be possible anyway - over an hour… Called at 7:30 PM to ask where our pizza was… No answer… again later… no answer… Finally decided to dial the number of the order line, for which you n.b. Paid 0.25 - and see there… it also took a very long time but we got someone on the phone at 8:00 PM (!). He explained - it took a while for him to sort it out - that the pizza was already baked and ready… so? We have had the pizza at 20:25…. More than 2 hours after ordering and an hour after agreed delivery time… and oh yes, she was almost cold (who is surprised?) And the edge completely dry on one side. Not worth repeating - at least NOT on weekends. One thing has to be said though, we've ordered pizza from New York before (don't think on weekends), and this is the first thing that went so horribly wrong. And oh yes - we live 2.3 km away ...

Just had to wait two hours for our pizzas. They were also cold and chewy, of course. Really 100% nothing. After more than an hour I called to see if it would be okay ... They would be there within 20 minutes at most, it was said ... So that was the second hour of waiting ... Bizarrely long.

Bizarre long waiting time, they first indicated 65 minutes which was already very long. This eventually became 120 minutes. Waiting two hours for a pizza is a bit too far for me.

Outrageous my order was not complete .. Call you on yes I'll call you right back now it's been 10 o'clock and they don't call back .... And you will not receive a hearing and no complete order
