Big Burger Delivery

Tasty fast food, and its open until late which is a big plus.

Lousy tent. Ordered at 7 pm, delivery time would be 50 minutes. Called 20.30, the indicator said delivery person is coming. Only excuses about corona on the phone. Would come asap. When I asked if I could do it within 15 minutes, I answered no. Only then read reviews, seems to be almost standard. Worthless. Drove to Mac, they also turned out to be closed. (20:40) Now go to bed without food, Thanks!

Lousy company .. Have our food ordered at 6:00 pm .. Called at 7:30 pm to ask where the order is .. Then you get a delivery person on the phone who says the order is in front of him and any time with one of the delivery people come along and that they are so busy .. 8:10 pm called again to indicate that we still have not received an order .. No it really must be on its way and can now arrive at any time .. Indicated that when it is cold I am not going to pay for the order, it is said that they will call the delivery and cancel the order .. What about food waste. !!

Terrible Service. Big Burger is only a mile from my house and I waited over 2 hours. The food was cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!
