They need to sort out whoever is in charge and get deliveries to you in a reasonable time. I've found you often have to call up to get them to remember to deliver your order. Other than that the food is ok
Papa Johns use to be really bad about 2 years back. But in the last 1-2 years I've noticed the customer service is getting much better and the pizzas are made much better as well. Plus they are coming out with tasty new pizzas so thats a plus.
I really dont mind ordering from Papa Johns now! Good competition to Dominos ( which sucks now ) .. keep it up !
We ordered pizza for 7.00 pm and it was on our door at 6.59pm. They are really punctual :) Taste was average but delivery was on time and pizza was really hot, like they take out pizzas from oven just in front of our house.
I have tried many other pizza places around Amsterdam, but this is one of the best. Super friendly and helpful staff, fast service and reasonable prices. The most important thing that I could notice is that the ingredients seemed and tasted fresh.
Definitely a place to visit again!
First time to ever order from you, we waited for over 80 minutes and we were told they can't drive that fast. We live in Osdrop btw.. I regret not ordering from New York Pizza as always. Would not recommend.
