Bamboo Inn

Everybody is crazy about this place, it has a great reputation...I didn't find the food special at all. We ordered takeaway. One dish we throw away, it was really without any taste, one dish we didn't get and one dish was not what we asked for.

It was my first and last time at this place !!! How can you serve pasta from a dirty, smelly pan? Food tasteless. Defeat! It gives two stars because the service was nice.

Had a massive banquet from here whilst visiting family, the food was amazing and there was far to much! The long prawn crackers are lovely and the sate chicken is amazing, would highly recommend the black bean sauce. Would definitely recommend for anyone who lives nearby. They also offer all you can eat buffet

I have come here since I was a kid and I still enjoy it. These days it's an all inclusive buffet (drinks, even alcoholic ones, food and deserts). Prices are fair for what you get. You can chose for 2 or 3 hour access to the buffet (a la carte is also still an option). The quality of the food is decent, on a busy night some things might be empty from time to time. You might also have to wait in line for your turn. The biggest disappointments for me are the sushi and the deserts. Both are of medium quality with limited choices. Service is always excellent and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is good and authentic with lots of decorations and even a koi pond inside.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the diverse variety of different Asian foods available, prepared at a high standard, fresh delicious and all in ample amounts. I particularly liked the fact that there is also a teppanyaki and drinks/deserts included in the price. Will go again.
