We ordered the sushi at 19:35, but it did not arrive. At 21:30 we called them. Nobody answered. The sushi finally arrived at 22:15 when we had already ordered another food. Nobody called us in the meantime to tell that our order is delayed and nobody answered our calls. A few days later, they have sent us a discount code to compensate for the delay.

I regularly had to wait longer than was agreed on the phone. I continue to find it special that they are not concerned about this at all. No apologies or improvements can be seen. Pity!
