Live there
Despite the appointment I had to wait a long time to request ID of the daughter, when collecting it turned out that mistakes had been made after a long time, so went home empty-handed and then waited a long time (50 min) to pick it up .. When I ask why it has to take so long and explaining the situation I am just sent away like a small child!
I find it really ridiculous that my daughter and I have spent about 2.5 hours for an ID, which normally can easily be done within half an hour. Is this service?
Very friendly and modern gemeente. The staff are helpful. At the top they have a large canteen where you can eat soup or buy rolls for breakfast. A lot of free coffee machines. Really the first time I met with such a high level of gemeente.
