I would rate 5 stars, were it not for the fact the location which delivers here was closed. The food is very good with a wide selection. Burgers of course are great but so are the ribs. But since they no longer can deliver to me it is just one star, fix it and I will change to 5*

Good place to eat some burgers. Nice atmosphere, quick service and friendly staff. Burger is ordinary, but the taste is good. The big burger (250 grams) are really big and in combination with the served fries this is a decent meal. Burgers are well topped and the ingredients are fresh. Fries are bit salty though but the overall experience is good.

When you go to a restaurant which specializes in burgers and they tell you you can not have a burger medium rare because they are already well done, then your appetite for a burger is gone. Instead of leaving, we chose spare ribs. Bad choice. They are also obviously well done in advance and reheated for who knows for the how many times. Not a nice place to go for good food. On a positive note, the service was friendly and drinks ok.

This was terrible. I've never gone out of my way to choose what seemed like an authentic 'American Diner like' restaurant (I should not have judged the book by it's cover), but I should have just gone to the local stores. We waited 2 hours and 20 minutes. I had already received the 'How was your dinner, please rate it' email from Thuisbezorgd (delivery site) before we could eat. After an hour, we called, and they said it'll be here in 20 min. Another half hour after that, we called again and they said they would look into it, then the phone line went dead... When we then called back a third time, they said they were in the kitchen right now and that the food would be with us in 10 minutes. Regardless it did not take 10 minutes. So in other words, they forgot about our food, and lied about it. When it finally arrived, there was no salad (as should have been the case), the ribs were super tough (not sliding off the bone) and one of the 4 of us, got sick from the food. Great place! Will definitely be going there again next time. I've never had this bad of an experience ordering food online. Avoid this place at all costs.
