My father's birthplace

I have lived in several places but never experienced a municipality with such bad service. The first time, our confirmed appointment was canceled because I had allegedly failed to provide certain documents that had never been requested. This went in a very positive and unsympathetic way. The second time I already called six times to try to arrange something, I would be called back twice but this never happens. I am definitely not a complaining type but this service really needs to change. Hillegom, this is a shame!

Mediocre. A number of lazy employees who do not show much commitment to the residents.

There was a very unfriendly man behind the counter, as the icing on the cake, Mr. makes the comment: Because you now pay in cash I have to work half an hour longer! 2nd time I was helped by this gentleman, last time this gentleman was not friendly either. This gentleman is not a calling card
